We are looking for a teammate who will support the design team with assembly, integration and test activities early on in the design process. You will get to work with lab instrumentation and improve how we do our test and set up our test routines by introducing automation. You will design strategies, tools, and procedures for assembly and test campaigns and define/write acceptance tests and reports while overseeing lab operations and prototyping.
We are also scaling the production and big part of your job will be to come up with how we test our hardware at different stages of production.
Key Responsibilities
Support the R&D design team with assembly and test strategy - being early on in the design process
Develop and improve test routines via automation of physical lab instrumentation
Design and lead hardware test campaigns, automate test reports generation
Manage lab operations, including hands-on electronic prototyping and verification.
Must Haves
3-5+ years hands-on experience as a hardware engineer or electrical/electronics engineer
BSc or MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
Advanced Linux and Python for hardware/lab automation
Proven hands-on electronics skills with physical test instrumentation: VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Signal Analyzer.
EU/EEA citizen
Nice to have
Lab automation experience (SCPI, etc.).
PCB design knowledge and hands on work experience (testing, soldering, reworking..)
Basic CAD for assembly/test tooling
